ITSI Biosciences 10X Running Buffer is a proteomics grade running buffer formulated for use in the gel electrophoresis process. Our Running Buffer has been validated for proteomics applications and contains Tris, Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate (SDS) and Glycine. Each bottle contains 1000ml of 10X buffer.
